Can I only give my sample order from your website?
You can order the sample of the product you choose by becoming a member from our webite, from our call center during weekdays between 09:00 – 18:00, and from kartela@anmen.com.tr.
Do you make Chart delivery?
We only ship it to our corporate customers and companies.
Which shipment company will deliver my order?
Our shipments are made with Aras Kargo. You should notify us for different shipment requests.
Does your distribution network include all of Turkey?
You can order from anmen.com.tr to be delivered to all over Turkey.
Is there international delivery of samples?
You can request from kartela@anmen.com.tr.
What is the delivery time?
Products available in stock are shipped at the close of business every weekday. The delivery time of products not available in stock is chageable.
What should I do if there is a delay in delivery or if it does not arrive?
You can track it from our call center during weekdays between 09:00 – 18:00, from siparis@anmen.com.tr or from Aras Kargo 444 25 52.
